Arathy Arun

  • Arathy joined Mammoth in August 2018 as a Finance Assistant after graduating from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in International Business. She loves travelling and experiencing other cultures; particularly their food.

Sarah Barton

  • Sarah joined Mammoth in August 2025 as a story producer on Code of Silence Season II. She has worked across development and production for the BBC, Scott Free, Red Planet Pictures, Keshet and STV on a range of shows including The Promise, EastEnders, Good Cop, Great Expectations and The Beast Must Die.

Veronica Castillo

  • Ronnie joined Mammoth in 2012 as Head of Production and oversees executive production management of the Mammoth slate from development to delivery. Her productions include the Bafta nominated NW, World On Fire, Vanity Fair and Mammoth’s slate of Agatha Christie titles. Prior to joining Mammoth, Ronnie worked as a freelance co-producer and line producer on high profile film and TV titles such as The Mark of Cain, the multiple Bafta-winning Sex Traffic, It’s A Boy Girl Thing, Birdsong & Zen. She particularly enjoys the challenge of foreign filming having worked extensively across the globe and is at her happiest when she has a boarding pass in her hand! Ronnie is an active member of the Heads of Production forum and a keen advocate of diversity and inclusion across the industry.

Louisa Dales

  • Louisa joined Mammoth in August 2024 as a Story Producer to work across production and development. Previously she worked as a freelance Script Editor on The Road Trip for 42 and Paramount+, The Turkish Detective on BBC2, and the 25th anniversary series of Silent Witness.

    She began her career in development at Moonage Pictures, where she was also the Assistant Script Editor on The Pursuit of Love for BBC1 and Curfew for Sky.

Hamish Dicketts

  • Hamish joined Mammoth in October 2025 after graduating from the University of St Andrews with a degree in English Literature. He previously worked at Blueprint Pictures and Big Talk Studios, as well as on the set of Netflix’s TheLast Letter From Your Lover. A lover of all things Twin Peaks, Hamish can often be found enjoying a cup of damn fine black coffee.

Rebecca Durbin

  • Rebecca joined Mammoth in 2021 as Script Editor on ITV’s McDonald & Dodds. Alongside development work on various projects across the slate, Rebecca script edited the second series of Peter Bowker’s World On Fire and was Script Executive on Siân Ejiwunmi-Le Berre’s adaptation of Murder Is Easy for the BBC before continuing her Agatha Christie run by producing Towards Zero.

    Before moving into TV, Rebecca worked in theatre both as a freelance producer and as founder and Artistic Director of award-winning new writing theatre company, PLAY, which discovered and developed exceptional emerging writing talent. Through PLAY, Rebecca worked with more than 150 up and coming artists and produced 34 original new plays.

James Gandhi

  • James joined Mammoth in 2021 as an Executive Producer, having previously worked at Studio Lambert as Head of Scripted Development where he developed a slate of projects. Prior to working at Studio Lambert, James script edited a range of projects at Mammoth, including The City & the City and Noughts + Crosses for the BBC, and Fearless and Vanity Fair for ITV.

Charlie Hammick

  • Charlie joined Mammoth in September 2023 as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Damien Timmer and Rebecca Keane. Charlie started his career at Film London as Assistant Office Manager/Front of House. He then shifted to working on the floor as an Assistant Director. He worked on a range of shows, including the two most recent seasons of The Crown, and independent features, such as Mothering Sunday, The Swimmers, and Munich The Edge of War. In between Assistant Directing jobs, Charlie has also acted as a Cast Assistant and Director’s Assistant to several high-profile actors/directors. As of 2025, Charlie has worked as Assistant Script Editor.

Ian Hughes

  • Ian joined Mammoth in late 2021, having previously worked at NBCU International Studios as a Production Manager and then a Production Executive. While a part of the in-house production team, Ian PM’d two successful pilots and assisted on shows such as ‘Hanna’ for Amazon, ‘We Are Lady Parts’ for Channel 4 and ‘The Capture’ for BBC. Ian stepped up to Production Executive to look after the BBC’s “Dodger”, a 10 part adventure comedy coming in 2022. Ian started his career on the floor and went on to spend 15 years working as a freelance Assistant Director. During this time he worked on a wide variety of TV series, such as ‘Strike’ and ‘People Just Do Nothing’ for the BBC and ‘Safe House’ for ITV, in addition to feature films, such as ‘Fighting With My Family’, ‘Christopher Robin’, and ‘Wonder Woman’.

Laura Johnston

  • After studying law at Durham University, Laura was a solicitor at a leading commercial law firm before joining Mammoth in July 2016 as a Business Affairs Manager. Laura is based in the Belfast office.

Rebecca Keane

  • Rebecca has worked at Mammoth since its launch, overseeing the development slate and working across shows in production. Before joining Mammoth, Rebecca was an Executive Producer at ITV Productions and worked as a Producer and Script Executive for United Productions and Script Editor for Carlton TV.

Sarah Kelly

  • Sarah joined Mammoth in April 2019 and is based in the Belfast office. Sarah started her media career in the Operations Team at Stellify Media working on formats such as Who Wants To Be a Millionaire and Blind Date.

Hamza Khan

  • Hamza joined Mammoth in 2025 as EA to Damien and Rebecca, having previously worked at Channel 4 & Big Talk Studios - He is an avid enjoyer of Agatha Christie &  grizzly murder-mystery, despite being very unmurdersome…

Zuzanna Lis

  • Zuzanna joined the industry as a Coordinator at Winchester Film Festival where she worked closely with the Festival Director. She went on to work in London as a Production Runner and then progressed to Production Coordinator. As a freelancer, she worked on different productions for Sky, BBC, Amazon, Working Title TV and more. Due to the pandemic, she worked for a few months in Poland on a VR war feature film where she learned how to hide the video village when the camera is always shooting 360. She returned to London and transitioned into the in-house world with NBCUniversal. Zuzanna joined Mammoth Screen in January 2022 as a Senior Production Co-ordinator, where she supports production teams across the Mammoth slate.

Will Lord

  • Will joined Mammoth in August 2024 as a Story Producer across upcoming productions. Previously he was a Script Editor at 42, helping run writers’ rooms for broadcasters including Amazon, Starz, Lionsgate and Miramax. Will most recently script edited The Flatshare for Paramount+, and was the Assistant Script Editor on The Girl Before for BBC One and HBO Max. Prior to this, Will worked in development at FilmWave, across an international slate of European co-productions.

Narixia Maxwell

  • Narixia joined the Mammoth team in September 2025 as part of the finance team, bring her experience from a variety of roles across the ITV family. She previously worked as a production accountant  on high profile programmes including I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here and Love Island, where she supported complex productions and managed budgets in fast paced environments.

    Outside of spreadsheets and month-end, Narixia is passionate about culinary experiences.

Melanie Morris

  • Melanie joined Mammoth in January 2012, originally to provide legal and business affairs support on the company’s projects, and spent 3 years as Mammoth’s Head of Business Affairs. She now splits her time between business affairs and development. Before training as a lawyer, Melanie worked in television production and development for a number of indies in Dublin. She read English at the University of Oxford and has a masters from Trinity College Dublin in Anglo-Irish literature.

Cloe Peckford

  • Cloe joined Mammoth as a Production Coordinator in early 2022, making the transition into drama from unscripted TV. She started as a runner for MTV’s ‘Single AF’ and then moved on to work as production secretary for the first 4 series of ‘Takeshi’s Castle’ on Comedy Central and ‘Taskmaster’ Series 7. In early 2018 she started at Paramount as Programme Delivery Coordinator for all UK labels as well as coordinating on their live events such as the MTV EMA’s and Comedy Central Live!. From 2020 she worked on Channel 5 commissioning and Milkshake! production before joining Mammoth. Since 2024, Cloe has been responsible for all of Mammoth Screen’s output across social media.

James Penny

  • James is primarily responsible for all Mammoth’s commercial and business affairs, having joined the company in 2012. He was previously Head of Business Affairs (Drama, Comedy & Film) at Granada Television, then a partner at law firm Arthur Cox specialising in television production, financing and distribution. From 2006 he worked at Industry Media, a boutique commercial and business affairs consultancy, advising many of the UK’s leading television production companies, agencies, broadcasters and financiers. He is a member of the British Screen Forum and a director of Northern Ireland Fencing. James was a board member of Northern Ireland Screen for 10 years.

Ben Rosa

  • Ben joined Mammoth Screen as a Production Executive in October 2025. Prior to this, he worked at Left Bank Pictures as a Production Executive, where he oversaw a range of productions including This City Is Ours and Insomnia.

    He began his career as a freelancer, developing extensive experience across drama, comedy, and film. His work has taken him across the UK, Asia, and Africa, working on various productions such as Wallander, Poldark, Mum and Friday Night Dinner.

    Ben later moved in‑house at NBCUniversal International Studios, where he worked across several labels and his credits include 3 series of HANNA and The Capture

Jo Silvester

  • Jo joined Mammoth as Financial Controller in July 2022.

    Jo has held various roles across the ITV family most recently as Interim Finance Director at The Garden Productions makers of factual productions including 24 Hours in A&E, 24 Hours in Police Custody and Simon Reeve travel documentaries. Previously Jo was Head of Finance for the Daytime team making the daily live studio shows covering the ITV morning schedule from Good Morning Britain through to Loose Women and Financial Controller within the central corporate support function.

    Before moving into the world of television production Jo held finance roles at a variety of organisations including regional theatre in Chester, Citizens Advice Bureau and Arts Council England.

    She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Ella Stanton

  • Ella joined Mammoth in early 2026, having first met the team in 2024 whilst working on Code of Silence.

    She began her career in Post-Production, before moving into freelance production at the start of 2022. Working as a Runner across a wide range of entertainment shows - she handled everything from the villa drama of Love Island, to the vintage teapots of Antiques Roadshow.

    Keen to move into high-end TV drama, Ella gained her first Production Assistant credit in 2023 on Apple TV+'s Bad Sisters, before stepping up to Production Secretary in 2024 on Code of Silence, her first credit in the role. She continued working across scripted drama, with recent credits including Big Mood for Channel 4 and Fightland for Starz/Sky.

    Since moving into her in-house position at Mammoth, Ella brings hands-on experience across both set and production office to her role as Assistant Production Coordinator.

Damien Timmer

  • Damien established Mammoth in 2007. Prior to this he was Head of Drama for ITV Productions for five years, an Executive Producer at United Productions for three years and before this worked at Central Films and Carlton as a producer, development executive and script editor.

Yael Waller

  • Yael joined Mammoth at the beginning of 2022 as an Office Assistant after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in History and Ancient History & Archaeology. She soon went on to also work as the Development Assistant, helping look after and grow the slate. Since then, she has taken on her current role of Development Researcher and Assistant Script Editor.

Jon Williams

  • Jon joined Mammoth as Director of Production & Finance just after its inception in 2007 and has overseen all of Mammoth’s production and financial affairs since. Prior to this he was Production Executive at ITV Productions, managing productions including Agatha Christie’s Marple, William & Mary, The Last Detective and The Brief. Previously he was Finance Manager for Granada Media working across drama productions such as Prime Suspect, Sex Traffic, Cold Feet, Dr Zhivago, Island at War, Henry VIII and The Forsyte Saga. Jon cut his production teeth at United Productions, initially as a management accountant and then as production accountant on Hearts and Bones and Where the Heart Is. He is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Lorena Wright

  • Lorena joined Mammoth Screen in March 2021 as Production Executive. Starting out as an Assistant Director on studio features, Lorena trained as a Line Producer under veteran industry Producer, Steve Clark-Hall, working alongside him on The Man from UNCLE and Arthur: Legend of the Sword for Warner Bros and consulting on low to mid budget features in the independent space. Before joining Mammoth she worked across a slate of projects with Colin Firth and Ged Doherty for their production company, Raindog Films. She has worked with The Electric Shadow Company, The BFI, The BBC, Rebel Park Productions and Bella Freud and has produced BAFTA and Academy Award shortlisted shorts with Creative England and The Justice and Equality Fund. A working mother with a small child, Lorena is an advocate for Keeping Families in Film and TV.
