The critically acclaimed Poldark, based on the Winston Graham novels and adapted by Debbie Horsfield, is to premiere in America this Sunday 21st June at 9pm on PBS.

The Cornish saga’s preview has received positive press so far; Variety lauded the series as “the kind of fix fans of such fare can find only sparingly”.
